Seattle Pup Magazine & Northwest Portal
Seattle Pup and Northwest Portal are partnering to help you find everything you need for your pooch or your cat in one place.
Use Northwest Portal’s dog map to plan your next pup friend outing, from nearby dog parks to adventures around the state.
Find places to take your dog from dog parks and favorite dog destinations to restaurants and hotels that allow pets.
Find resources for your pet from emergency clinics to doggie day care.
Plan and enjoy a trip built around the places featured in blog posts:
Use the map to find ideas for favorite destinations or for businesses that welcome your dog.
Use the filters in the web map to pick a destination. Select the criteria that you are looking for and then locations that meet all of those conditions will be highlighted. If you need an emergency vet that is open on Sunday, want to find a park with a playground and an off-leash area, or a dog friendly businesses (and supporters) that serves food and has outdoor seating, you can find it on Dogs NW.
Find a location by name or by blog post by entering the name or post URL in the search bar.
Navigate your trip: You can plot your location on the web map or mobile app and track your progress as you drive, or use the link in the information pop-up to get a link to Google Maps for more navigation assistance.
Share information about your adventures or favorite destinations with the Northwest Portal trip reports.
Want to navigate offline? Get one of our apps for Apple and Android: Outdoors NW has all outdoors recreation in the state and includes filters for off-leash areas and dog-friendly businesses and information about dog rules. Taste NW is an agritourism app with all recreation. Off-Roading NW and Winter NW have information for motorsports and winter sports.
